Cowboy Cleaning Policies

Client Satisfaction - It is our goal to have 100% satisfied customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 48 hours and we will be happy to re clean the affected are. We regret that we cannot issue refunds after the service has already been performed.

Office Hours - Our work hours are Monday through Saturday 8:00 am 5:00 pm. However, we are often out in the field. If we are unavailable please leave us a message and we will get back to you just as soon as possible.

Schedule Changes & Cancellation Policy _ In the event that you need to change your schedule, we will work with you as best we can to accommodate your schedule needs. In the event that you need to cancel a cleaning please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations that occur less than 24 hours in advance (or one business day) will be subject to a $35.00 cancellation fee for house cleaning appointments, $50.00 for Floor care appointments, and $50.00 for carpet cleaning appointments. In the event we arrive to clean at a scheduled time, and our pre-arranged entry is not available then you will be charged the appropriate cancellation fee, and we will contact you to re-schedule your service as soon as possible.
